3 to 4 sponsors occupy a space (“stall”) in the ballroom and present directly to interested participants who will approach the sponsor’s “stall.” Sponsors should present 15-minute topics that are relevant to the AS6 theme and not just market their products. A gong/bell will be sounded for the participants to switch to other stalls to ensure that all sponsors will have a chance to present.
