On June 11, 2024, PCAAE, in collaboration with the International Coaching Federation Philippine Chapter (ICFP), launched project SPARC (Sustaining Progress And Resilience through Coaching), giving PCAAE members 3 free coaching sessions through one-on-one conversation between coach (from ICFP) and coachee (from PCAAE). Ten coachees from PCAAE are participating in the program.
