PCAAE organized a webinar for its members entitled, “Onboarding with Intention for Retention” on August 16, 2023 with 26 local and overseas participants.

The featured speaker was Ms. Jenniffer Norman, CAE and vice president of customer growth at US-based Novi AMS.

The webinar was aimed at sharing onboarding techniques designed for new members in a way that engages them early and at the right frequency. Much like onboarding new association members, a great customer experience and show of value from Day One establishes successful partnerships for years to come.
