PCAAE, represented by its Founder & CEO, Octavio (Bobby) Peralta, was one of the panelists of the “Association Rockstars Roundtable 2022” held on December 15, 2022 and organized by the US-based Vista Cova, a team of expert facilitators who support strategic planning, member engagement, and governance design.
Vista Cova was founded in 2017 by Lowell Aplebaum, FASAE, CAE, IAF who is a Certified Professional Facilitator. Lowell moderated the session.
The other panelists included Stefanie Reeves, FASAE, CAE, Joe Lindahl, MA, CAE, Ashley Hodak Sullivan, Natasha Bethea Goodwin, MS, CAE, and David Falchek, CAE.
The wide-ranging conversation covered reflections on 2022 and projections on 2023. The topics were on key lessons in leadership during the pandemic, technology, mental health, opportunities for growth, investing for the future, among others.
