PCAAE conducted a webinar on “Strategic Membership Recruitment and Engagement” on June 22, 2022, with 29 local and overseas participants.

The featured speaker was Jakub Konysz, Founder, Global Navigators, a boutique management consulting firm based in Washington, DC that supports organizations with a range of management services with a primary focus on strategy and growth.

Jakub’s presentation outlined ways association executives and volunteer leaders can implement strategic pathways to membership recruitment and engagement.

He expounded on the importance of associations, membership being the lifeblood of every association and benefits in joining associations such as learning, knowledge, community and advocacy, citing common ways associations provide value to its members.
