PCAAE conducted a webinar on “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: An Introduction” on May 18, 2022, with twenty (20) local and overseas participants.

The featured speaker, Ms. Sharon Newport, Principal of Sharon Newport LLC, is an organizational consultant and executive coach in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors across the globe and an adjunct faculty at Georgetown University’s Institute of Transformational Leadership.

Sharon’s presentation covered a brief introduction on the role of diversity, equity and inclusion as applied in an association’s organizational and membership strategies as well as DEI best practices.
