As part of its “Pathways to Recovery” webinar series for its members, PCAAE conducted on November 5, 2021 a virtual event themed, “Membership Performance during Lockdown: How to Support your Team to Focus on Action that will set you up for Future Success.” 27 local and overseas attendees participated in the webinar.

The interactive session was aimed at reigniting the association’s membership team to re-establish and strengthen member relationships so when things open back up, members will be ready to engage.

The featured speaker was Ingrid Maynard, founder and Managing Director of The Sales Dr based in Melbourne, Australia.
