On the invitation of the Tourism Promotions Board (TPB), PCAAE, represented by its Founder & CEO, Octavio ‘Bobby’ Peralta, made a presentation to TPB’s members and stakeholders on the topic, “What it takes to be an Agile Leader?” Over 120 participants attended the virtual event.

Among others, Mr. Peralta presented his version of the “5 Traits of an AGILE Leader,” with AGILE as an acronym Adaptable, Genuine, Insightful, Leapfrogging, and Entrepreneurial.

The TPB weekly member engagement platform started a year ago to inform, educate, and celebrate the achievements of the agency’s many stakeholders in the travel, tourism, and events industry.
