PCAAE joins panel of association leaders worldwide

PCAAE, represented by its Founder & CEO, Octavio ‘Bobby’ Peralta, was one of the panellists of a U.S. web show entitled, “What Comes Next: Predictions and Strategy Recommendations from Association Leaders Worldwide,” organized by ‘Save the Associations,’ an American organization led by Sarah Sladek whose sole focus is to save associations from an untimely demise and position them to be relevant, sustainable, and engaging in the 21st century.

This special event, which featured seven panellists from the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Dubai, India, Australia, and the Philippines, provided answers to questions such as: what is the outlook for associations globally, what areas are associations excelling and continue to lag behind, what key lessons and strategies have emerged, and what associations should be doing to help ‘save’ their associations and ensure their future success.

The panellists, besides from Mr. Peralta, were Michelle Mason, FASAE, CAE, President and CEO of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), Tracy Folkes Hanson, CAE, President and CEO of the Canadian Society of Association Executives (CSAE), Damian Hutt, Executive Director of the Association of Association Executives (AAE), Steen Jakobsen, Executive Committee Member of the Dubai Association Centre, Prasant Saha, Chairman of the India Association Congress and Toni Brearley, CAE, CEO of the Australasian Society of Association Executives (AuSAE).
