PCAAE, represented by its Founder & CEO, Octavio ‘Bobby’ Peralta, was one of the panellists of a knowledge-sharing session organized by the International Congress and Convention Center (ICCA) for this year’s IT&CM Asia, Asia-Pacific’s leading MICE and corporate travel event.

The session entitled, “Meetings (Un)interrupted” discussed topics on how associations are redesigning the ways they engage their members and how has this change impacted their operations and financial well-being; how have associations members reacted to all the changes?; how the interruption affected meeting support (e.g. PCO/ venue) selection?; what is the impact for destinations?; what can be learned from association operation leaders’ experiences and how can the industry prepare to move forward.

The other panellists of the session, which was moderated by Waikin Wong, ICCA Regional Director for Asia-Pacific, were Angeline van den Broecke, Director at Altis Business Solutions Sdn Bhd and Nooch Homrossukhon, Director of Convention Department of the Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB).
