PCAAE conducted a webinar on “Revenue Generation and Diversifying Revenue Streams” on August 11, 2021 which was attended by 27 local and overseas participants.

This webinar is part of a series of monthly online learning sessions for association leaders and professionals, themed, “Pathways to Recovery” which aims to provide participants with insights from fellow association leaders as well as update them on current trends and practical tools to further improve their work in providing service to their members.

The featured speaker, Deanna Varga, is Managing Director & Founder of Mayvin Global which specializes in supporting associations and not for profit to understand how they can generate sustainable revenue across the business model. She brings with her 25 years of experience across a variety of not-for-profit organizations from Board to operational levels.

Deanna shared with the participants ideas and insights from her experience and expertise about what can be done to generate sustainable revenues and the best, most efficient ways to achieve it. Topics taken up focused on revenue generation and diversification options, tips and survey for your members, navel gazing, etc. One important message she imparted to the attendees is that revenue streams should always be aligned to the association’s purpose.
