As part of its ‘Pathways to Recovery’ webinar series, PCAAE conducted its fourth run entitled, “Stickiest New Member Engagement Program Revealed” on April 28, 2021 which featured member engagement specialist, Amanda Kaiser of Kaiser Insights LLC (USA), as speaker. The virtual session was highly rated by the 33 participants who attended the program.

Amanda has conducted 477 in-depth phone interviews with members from all different types of associations and chapters.  The webinar shared many new and exciting ideas from a joint research project of Dynamic Benchmarking and Kaiser Insights LLC that included top strategies and the most effective new member on-boarding to rely on.

The webinar series, which will run from January to October, is aimed at providing attendees with insights from fellow association leaders and practitioners as well as updating them on current trends and practical tools to further improve their work of servicing their members.
