On invitation by Glue-Up, PCAAE, represented by its Founder & CEO, Octavio ‘Bobby’ Peralta, was part of a panel of association leaders in Asia and the Pacific who spoke at a webinar themed, “Association Leaders: Leading and Managing in 2021.” The one-hour virtual event, held on Mach 25, 2021, attracted 57 attendees.

Mr. Peralta was in the panel with Ms. Onie Chu, Executive Director of the Association of Accredited Advertising Agencies of Hong Kong (HK4A), Mr. Chiang Lim, Chief Executive Officer at Australian Childcare Alliance NSW and Mr. Ravi Sinha, Director of MSME Business Forum India. The discussion was moderated by Mr. Craig Lehmann, Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing at Glue Up.

The panel discussion covered, among others, how their associations stayed connected with their communities and members during the pandemic, virtual leadership strategies for remote staff and hybrid teams and lessons learned in change management practices and processes.
