On the invitation by the Brussels-based Association World (AW), PCAAE, represented by its Founder & CEO, Octavio ‘Bobby’ Peralta, attended the virtual Brussels European Association Forum (BEAF) on January 31 and February 1, 2021. Over 70 attendees, mostly from Europe joined the two-day, two-session, 3-hour each, event which covered topics on membership, advocacy, and events.

The presentations were capped with breakout sessions to enable participants to discuss in smaller groups the topics covered by the speakers. Among the key takeaways were: (1) membership as a subscription model (2) customer centricity as a membership model (3) hybrid events are two-in-one sessions with different set of audiences and expectations.
