PCAAE held a webinar on “Strategy in an Uncertain Environment” on September 15, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Philippine Standard Time. The virtual event, which drew 40 participants from PCAAE members, business solution companies, consulting firms, as well as travel and tourism groups, was highly-rated for content and delivery.

The webinar is part of a series of monthly online learning sessions for association leaders and professionals, themed, “Association Pathways to a Turnaround” which aims to provide participants with insights from fellow association leaders as well as update them on current trends and practical tools to further improve their work in providing service to their members.

Illinois, U.S.A.-based Mary Byers, CAE, author of the bestsellers, Race for Relevance: 5 Radical Changes for Associations and Road to Relevance: 5 Strategies for Competitive Associations, was the featured speaker and presented frameworks and filters to help association leadership in decision-making. She shared insights and practical tips on what she has heard from association professionals around the world, provided suggestions for working with the board, and answered questions from the attendees.
