PCAAE’s webinar on “Membership Engagement in a Virtual World” held on July 23, 2020 featuring speaker Dot Miller, CEO of The Solution, a Colorado, USA-based association management company and Co-founder of the National Credentialing Institute, was highly rated by the 42 participants who attended the virtual learning session.

The online event is the third of monthly webinars under the “Association Pathways to a Turnaround” series. Dot covered a lot of topics on membership engagement activities including clustering members, having membership ambassadors, holding stakeholders networking sessions and ‘sprint’ strategy and vision meetings, personally calling and checking in on members, conducting regular short surveys, engaging with affiliate members, offering scholarship programs, conducting and pricing of virtual events, and a lot more practical ideas to really be up and close with members.
