The Philippine Council of Associations and Association Executives (PCAAE), with support from its member, the Procurement and Supply Institute of Asia (PASIA), held on June 25, 2020 a webinar on “Association Governance before, during and after COVID-19”.

The event, the second of PCAAE’s monthly webinars that covers association governance and management, featured John Peacock, CEO of Associations Forum and one of Australia’s most experienced advisors to associations and charities and thought leaders for the not-for-profit sector.

The webinar covered aspects that are critical in governing an association – from governance documents (articles of incorporation and by-laws collectively referred to as constitution or charter) to the role, structure and size of the Board. It also provide insights on what lessons were learned from COVID-19.
