With the current COVID-19 outbreak and the government’s stay and work-at-home orders, the PCAAE Secretariat is taking the opportunity to develop and line up new membership engagement tools and e-learning programs for members.

The Secretariat undertook a quick survey to members on the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak and will be developing the members’ responses into a video production for experience-sharing. It is also lining up a series of video seminars to blend with its F-2-F training courses.

A video member’s directory is also being prepared with the help of members who were requested to introduce themselves on video with an accompanying script template for their use.

More virtual offerings such as podcasts and webinars for members are also in the pipeline.
