PCAAE represented in AIME 2020

On the invitation by the organizers of the Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event (AIME), PCAAE, represented by its chair, Charlie Villasenor, and founder and CEO, Octavio ‘Bobby’ Peralta, attended AIME 2020 which was held from February 17-19, 2020 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Center (MCEC) in Melbourne, Australia.

Both PCAAE officials joined the first ever by-invitation only “Associations Roundtable” which is built in within this year’s AIME programme. The roundtable, which was meant to convene association leaders to discuss common challenges and opportunities for collaboration, was held on February 17, 2020 at the MCEC. PCAAE was privileged to be part of this ground-breaking meeting with 34 other association leaders from the region and beyond.

The participation in the roundtable has also afforded PCAAE to have an all-pass attendance to the MICE trade show, the knowledge exchange sessions, networking socials, and the “Leaders Forum,” another by-invitation only event where senior executives from convention bureaus, convention centres, industry suppliers, associations, and media gathered to discuss the importance of the MICE sector to the global economy.

AIME https://aime.com.au/ is the leading trade event for the meetings and event industry in the Asia-Pacific region where industry decision- makers connect, create, and do business across the whole region.
