The Association Executive of the Year 2019 Award is presented to Ms. Rizchelle Sampang Manaog for her strategic thinking and leadership that has helped the CFA Society Philippines achieve its mission.
Under her direction, CFAP implemented various initiatives and programs which enabled the Society to increase membership, get numerous awards at the regional and global levels, as well as set up most of its systems and procedures for the organization to function properly and efficiently.
Believing in building relationships as key to sustainability, she established linkages with regulatory bodies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Insurance Commission, and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas as well as with other stakeholders that are deemed relevant to the members and to the association.
