PCAAE, represented by its CEO & Founder, Octavio ‘Bobby’ Peralta, was the keynote speaker at a forum attended by over seventy participants from associations and other membership organizations in the country. The event themed, “Moving into the Future: Transformative Association Leadership Forum”, which was held on August 28, 2019 at Spaces Makati, was organized by EventBank, a technology solutions company serving the association community.

Mr. Peralta revealed real life lessons that have transformed his leadership acumen in the association management field in the course of over 28 years of experience as an association executive as well as provided a framework for association leaders in successfully transforming their organizations based on the “3R’s” of relevance, relationships and resources.

The forum also covered topics on volunteer management and board governance which was presented respectively, by Mr. Jesse Rebustillo and Engr. Luis Angelo ‘LA’ L. Sevilla, the current President of the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Manila.

The event culminated with a panel session on leadership issues of the three above-cited speakers and was joined by Mr. Francis Nico U. Serrano, President of the Life Underwriters Association of the Philippines (LUAP). The panel session was moderated by Mr. Eric L. Schmidt, Co-founder and CEO of EventBank.
