PCAAE ran its CPAE course on human resource management entitled, “Updates and Trends in Human Resource Management” on April 30, 2019 at the ADFIAP headquarters. Twelve (12) attendees from ADFIAP, ASKI Group of Companies, Grow Vite Staffing Services, Inc., iHome Greater Metro Manila, Philippine Franchise Association, and Philippine International Convention Center, participated in the program.

The one-day strategic human resource management training program covered discussions on the overview, update, and trends, processes and activities in coming up with effective HR strategies on talent acquisition, training and development, organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, labor relations and human resource information system (HRIS).

The main resource speaker and program director of the course was PCAAE Board Trustee, Mr. Jesse Francis N. Rebustillo, President of the Philippine Association of Professional Speakers while a featured speaker was Mr. Efren L. Elane, a Senior Certified Professional of the Society of Human Resource Management and an expert in organizational development who engaged the participants in an actual OD experience through deep dive coaching for them to “see” how OD relieves their organization and personal pains.
