PCAAE visits ASAE, broadens opportunities for collaboration

PCAAE CEO & Founder, Octavio ‘Bobby’ Peralta, took time to visit the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) headquarters in Washington, D.C. on April 17, 2017 while in the American capital for a hosted meeting on project preparation platform of the Sustainable Infrastructure Foundation which is supported by multilateral financial institutions, including the World Bank.

As Pro Tem Head of Secretariat of the Asia-Pacific Federation of Association Organizations (APFAO), where PCAAE is one of the four founding members, Mr. Peralta also took the opportunity to sign a memorandum of cooperation with ASAE President & CEO, Mr. John H. Graham IV. The general and wide-ranging agreement between ASAE and APFAO aims to harness common synergies of both institutions for the benefit of their respective members through implementation of programs and activities of mutual interest. Among these are conferences and forums on association governance and management, credentialing programs, networking and strategic alliances among members, and other areas of cooperation such as grants, information and study exchanges, publications as well as research and studies.
