On invitation by and support of the Singapore Convention & Exhibition Bureau, Singapore Tourism Board and the Chicago-based Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA), PCAAE participated and spoke at the PCMA Meetings Forum held at the Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre in Singapore on July 26-27, 2016.
The Forum gathered 100 participants for an intensive and engaging two-day plenary, panel and workshop sessions and was specially programmed for meeting industry leaders and association executives based mostly in the U.S. and the Asia-Pacific region to have a common platform to network and discuss best-practices in conference and association management.
The Forum covered topics such as association management trends, marketing & branding, experience design, sponsorship and revenue streams. There were also plenty of opportunities to network, learn and discuss issues faced by association executives for them to continue organising impactful meetings in the future.
