The PCAAE provides (a) a network for professionals and institutions to share success stories, best practices and challenges (b) a forum for professionals and institutions to exchange ideas and strategies to help one another and (c) a marketplace for members and stakeholders to promote their expertise and business potential.

To become eligible for membership, one must be a professional manager in a business, trade, professional, philanthropic, scientific, medical, educational, technical, social welfare, agricultural and other non-profit organizations or an executive of a firm that serves non-profit organizations that meet the eligibility criteria established by the PCCAE Board of Trustees.
